BES REGAL SOFT SPECIFIC ACTIVATOR No. 2 is a 10 VOL—3% H2O2 for tone-on-tone coloration or enhancing highlights and covering low percentages of white hair.

Specific activator used for a cosmetic highlighter in gel BES REGAL SOFT COLOR.
Plus:
A blend of creamy, waxy, and softening substances. Low contents of hydrogen peroxide (3%).
THE 3 SPECIFIC ACTIVATORS are characterized by a sweet-smelling aromatic note, determined by the red fruit mix of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, black currant, and a delicate foundation of blackberry, blueberry, and bilberry.
Technical characteristics:
Moisturizing and protective gentle emulsion formulated for semi-permanent colors. This
emulsion, appropriately blended with color, allows a perfect coloring without ammonia and a low percentage of peroxide.
